I ordered pickup for the day after Christmas. The store actually called me (!!!) to tell me they were closing at 4 and either my order would be canceled, or I could pick up early. I chose the latter. I am still in disbelief that the staff would actually call the customer to advise, instead of taking the do nothing approach so common nowadays. This kind of thing builds customer loyalty.

Placed an order here went to pick it up and was informed they didn't want to make the food so she canceled the order. Claimed she called twice and left a voicemail. We didn't have missed calls or a voicemail. Don't waste your time with this location.

Good value for the money. Tried new toppings which I did not like as much as my usual pizza order. It was good but for my taste I preferred my usual pizza selection.

Even though the counter was a little dirty the only employee was outstanding! He was very efficient, extremely entertaining and he saved me money!

Ordered and paid online. Pizza was ready for pickup when I arrived. My only complaint is that the pan crust I ordered only came up half way to the top of the pan. Should be about twice as thick in my opinion, but I'm sure profitability is the number one concern.

Ordered a stuffed crust cowboy and it had no cheese in the stuffed crust!!!! Then try to call them they don’t answer very upsetting highly unlikely to come back

Just a few minutes ago I went to the Papa Murphy's on Pilgrim Road. They had a big sign advertising a large one-topping cheese stuffed crust pizza for $13.99, and I ordered that. I paid with a tip on my card. The receipt said my pizza was $17.49 and I asked why. The cashier said that was how it was in their system. I asked if she could fix that to the advertised price, and her solution was to offer a large one topping regular pizza ($9.99) instead but I would still be charged $17.49.

They hadn't started my pizza so I asked to just cancel my order. She called her supervisor and tried to run my refund through, but minus the tip. I asked about that and was told since the tip didn't go to them, it's non-refundable. It wouldn't matter anyway because the refund didn't go through. I was told that because I paid with a credit-debit card, no refund possible. Also because I cancelled my order no pizza either. I kept my receipts so I can contact their corporate office, and the cashier said good luck with that because they can't even reach the corporate office. Anyway bottom line they have my money, they kept the tip, and no pizza.

Quality at my location is always consistent, calling my Order in, it's always been ready.

While the pizzas are quite good, employees with very long hair do not wear hair nets (or even pull their hair back in a ponytail). I don’t find this to be a sanitary practice!
