I always call ahead. Makes it easier when pickung up. And love the mini kids pizzas for the grandkids. And staff members are always great!

Today is November 12, 2024. The Manager did not prepare with single dollars for take and bake Tuesday. I walked in to get my family's pizza's. The cashier asked me if I had a dollar to change my $20, because they have no dollar to make my change. The Manager says well if I don't have a dollar, we will not accept any cash from me. I said so I can't have the pizza I ordered. The Manager said we will try to sell your pizza by the end of the night. I'm so angry at this menomonie falls WI location. This is ludicrous. Please train the staff in charge to have change for take and bake Tuesday. Them not having change is not the consumers fault. I am definitely shocked by the attitude of the young man in charge. He was extremely unprofessional. He embarrassed me in the pizza pickup line.

Place looked like a bomb went off. Chaos on who is working on what pizza. Over 20 minutes late on when it said online when would be done. Won't be using this location next time balancing kid pick ups and work

I was originally in this are at the strip mall going to metro market! Then I seen Papa Murphy’s….didn’t really know they were still open…and was like O they have the cinnamon wheel! Clearly it’s been a while that I had been in that area and close to a Papa Murphy’s! The lady that was working said the cinnamon wheel was replaced with the monkey bread….I was disappointed…however I still wanted some they stated none was made yet and working on it! So I went to metro market next door because I knew i would be in there a while and by the time I am finished grocery shopping they should be done! They was not….so I ordered monkey bread and waited for about 15-20 mins patiently….got it and the guy handing me my purchase almost forgot the cream cheese….got that!! I put it in the oven and started eating it and it was a freaking strand of hair in it!! I don’t know what that was all about….however never again!!! UGHHHH!!!!

I also ordered pizzas over an hour in advance. Pizzas were never made. Two guys were spending a lot of time in the back room while several customers were waiting for pizza. After noticing that the workers were spending several minutes in the back room and not changing their gloves when working with the food, I decided to leave without waiting any longer for my order. I will NEVER return to this restaurant.

My pizza was TERRIBLE!I came home on a late night after working a long shift and threw a pizza in the oven. 20 minutes later I’m eating my pizza and find a LAYER of garlic! I threw the pizza away.

We like Papa Murphys, but we always have a problem with this location. We always order online in advance, so the pizza is ready for pickup.

80% of the time, the pizza isn't made yet, forgotten, or takes way longer. One time, we received a pizza with spoiled salami (contacted corporate), and this time the pizza is missing sauce and toppings about 2 inches around the whole pizza. How hard is it to make a pizza?

(This location is less than 5 minutes from our house, so we return, but we are going to start going elsewhere.)
