Rosati's Pizza

I did not have a good experience with your pizza unfortunately. It was very light on cheese and the sauce was very bland and tasted like canned sauce with no seasonings. I'm not sure if it was just a bad day. I really wanted to enjoy it but it was lacking in flavor on many levels. I don’t believe I will order from here again. Thank you, This was a delivery for a company gathering.

First time ordering at this location for carry out. Accuracy of order was perfect. Service was friendly. Temperature and taste were excellent. The biggest critics in my house (the kids) loved it!

I ordered dough nuggets from Rosati’s Pizza, and they arrived completely burnt — so overcooked they were hard as a rock. It was disappointing that the restaurant still chose to send the order out in that condition, as it was obvious they were inedible.

When I called to address the issue, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He informed me that they “don’t give refunds” and only offer in-store credit. I was confused as to why a refund wasn’t possible for an order that was clearly unacceptable. Instead of trying to help, he was sarcastic and dismissive, telling me I must be “confused” for not knowing their policy — then hung up on me.

This was a very frustrating experience. The quality of the food and the lack of basic customer service were both unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Not even sure how to start, it's not even close to Chicago style pizza. Little cheese, super hard over baked crust. Everything is to-go even though they have tables, no plates avaliable to eat there. The atendant was nice but the atmosphere, and the food were really bad. I've been to other restaurants of the chain and that's not the service or food I'm used to. Wasted my money totally. I just heard they changed ownership, it looks like for the worse.

This was my 2nd time ordering the Italian beef pizza with mushrooms. Yummy! Great option

Rosati's as Change ownership in Menomonee falls the pizza is not the same and the boneless wings taste like they are from Pick&Save save your money....Do better Rosati's

This have some good pizzas I always get a big slice of cheese and mushroom.

Been coming to Rosati’s for the last 13 years and they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly and I’ve never had an issue with my order. The pizza is always delicious and was again last night. Lots of menu choices to choose from. Rosati’s is definitely my go to pizza spot in the Menominee falls area, nothing compares. Keep up the good work!

I ordered pizza, buffalo wings and a side salad. The menu states the salad includes iceberg, lettuce, Romain lettuce, and spinach. However, I only received iceberg lettuce. I think the price is a little bit too high for a side salad with only iceberg lettuce. I really had my hopes up for the salad. :-(
