The restaurant was dirty, the staff was dirty, my mozzarella sticks were cold in the middle and my pizza was soggy. I spent $35 and ended up throwing it all in the trash! I will NEVER come here again!! The staff was not wearing gloves so ? gross. If the health department walked into this establishment it would be shut down for sure!!

Pizza has barely any toppings. For the high price you pay for Rosatis pizza there should be way more toppings. Very cheap? Will not go back. Since new ownership pizza quality not as good.

Ordered take out tonight and when i got the pizza box something was off. as i walked to my car the bottom of the box was so wet it fell through the bottom of the box on the drive home. It was definitely not thin crust and more like a last minute throw together. The boneless wings were dry and the ranch was pretty much water as it was watered down to save costs. Never again. The indian guy was out talking with girls in the lot.

We ordered delivery and the pizzas came practically filled over most the pizza stuck to the top of the box! The delivery guy was supper nice took a picture and said they would remake it and send it back. I called the restaurant anyways and the hostess tells me they will remake it when they see the picture ?. I stated that the person that paid for the food is on the phone right now I would like the pizzas started before the delivery guy came back she gives me the manager and he said they will remake the pizza but it would be almost 2hrs before be got it!! We agreed on a 1hr after I said just give me a refund considering it was there mistake not to mention he was not very professional! They bring only 1 pizza back and didn’t bring the other pizza. Delivery guy said they will refund us for the other pizza we have yet to see that refund!! Will never order again! Do NOT recommend!!

My first time here, and i will not return. They told me a hour wait for delivery.. ok no problem. 2 hours went past so i give them a call they say the drive is out it will be 15 mins i said okay now its about 30 minutes longer so i call again because they never asked for my number so i didnt think the driver had my number. Well now they dont want to answer any of my calls. Luckily the food came about 15 minutes later but its cold. So i try to call and talk to someone and to even get someone to answer i have to call private but then they put me on hold and never come back to the phone. I will never give them my business again

First time customer. I was impressed by the pizza! I had a thin crust with pepperoni, sausage, onion, grn pepper and olive and there was plenty of cheese, toppings, and a good crust. Might be my new go-to. Now if I can just track down some coupons or something.

I ordered Christmas Eve 18inch pizza with free 12inch pizza and mozzarella sticks. The 18inch was fine but the mozzarella sticks was not cooked all the way they were not hot the cheese in the middle was not melted. Marinara sauce Had big chunks of onions in it was disgusting. I did not eat them! The picture is the picture of the free 12 inch I received they put real heavy seasoning. I was very upset. Theses are new owners I believe I will not me ordering here anymore.
