If anyone is considering or interested in becoming a franchisee in Michigan, don’t.
There’s unfair treatment to sushi franchisees. Their management is so poor and unprofessional. They will make you sell your sushi bar if you don’t do what they say or talk back to them. They put so much pressure on you by giving you a ticket costing you more than $1000. They never appreciate franchisees' value; instead expect you to obey their words and something in return ($ or gifts).

just tried your sushi at a Fred Meyer store in wood village, Oregon. I got the poke bowl. It was terrible. The tuna and the salmon had a lot of sinew in it. There was very little vegetables. No gari, no seaweed salad and no wasabi. It was almost all rice and the rice was hard. It was a waste of $11.99. Before your company took over I used to go through all the time but now I will never go back again. I definitely feel ripped off.

Horrible produce quality, there were flies on rotting fruit. Several creepy or unkind workers. Ridiculously high pricing, too. But a nice layout.

It's Friday night you're tired and the last thing you want to do is go home and make a meal. So go to the deli department pick yourself up something to eat and relax the weekend started.
Place has gone Shitery. Deli and produce looks worse than Walmart. Bakery is empty or over cooked. No fresh hamburger buns in the middle of summer. A thousand kinds of soda but no Sunkist lemonade.
