Rude employee. My granddaughter dropped her drink outside the door when she was leaving. She went back into the store and and showed one of the employees her damaged cup and told her what happened. The employee was very rude to her and told her that she would have to buy another one. Since she already spent a ton of money on the one drink, my granddaughter just left after that encounter.

Those 2 black girls working yesterday june 17th 2025 really had bad attitudes this was around 1 pm 130 pm gave me small drinks when asked for trenta then rolled their eyes. With attitude made the other drinks. The horchata tasted nothing like horchata and each drink is 7 39 they should be ashamed of themselves.

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks team. I come here every morning either for my Honey Citrus Mint Tea, Iced Caramel Macchiato or Egg Whites & Roasted Red Pepper Bites. They have amazing customer service! Just this past Tuesday, I was there & they had given me my Iced Caramel Macchiato on the house because when I pulled up to the drive-thru I wished the entire team a âGood Morningâ. They definitely caught me by surprise & they never disappoint! Even if I have ever had a complaint, they are always willing to accommodate me & they do it with satisfaction! This is the best group of individuals & I usually go there every morning some time between 7:15am & 7:30am. Keep it up TEAM ~ You ALL are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!
My hubby went to pick up an order and the doors to the area where the order was waiting were locked because of a meeting. When he motioned to someone he just wanted his order they motioned for him to (get in line and) go through the drive through instead of just handing it to him. Customer service? Oh and when he did pick it up at the drive through the order was wrong. đđ

Order a frappe. Daughter has to have one. They were very fast and the drink she thoroughly enjoyed. Only complaint was the construction and the removal of the side apron entrance to the parking lot. You can only get to the store via Appleton.

Read the negative reviews and was a little afraid to come, but was pleasantly greeted and had a nice experience!
Bathroom was clean and well taken care of, as was the rest of the cafe. It wasnât too crowded at 230pm, and well cleaned and inviting.
Just had the pike place, and you really canât mess that up. Friend had the brown sugar shaken espresso but he said that wasnât done right (he used to work there). Just sayinâ.

We order the same coffees all the time, so when we noticed that the coffees were not full, we asked if they could add a little more to the drinks. After we asked, the girl working in the drive thru told us that's how these coffees are made and rudley closed the window on us. After the shaken foam from the beverage dissolved, we were left with what appeared to be a grande, when we ordered and paid for ventis. The flavor was also not the same. It was extremely strong and missing the sweetness and milk. It's one thing if this is genuinely the portion size for the beverage, but to be given rude service and the window literally being shut on us is not the promised hospitality of Starbucks.
