This is MY Starbucks! It's in my neighborhood and they are always so friendly, which keeps me going back. I want to talk about a specific interaction I had. It was on Saturday December, 27th at 5:30 p.m. I went through the drive thru to get my Venti Peppermint Mocha Frappucino to make me feel better. I pulled forward and was greeted by Victoria. She was bubbly with a million dollar smile. She asked how I was and for some reason I couldn't lie. I told her about my bad day. There was no one in line, so we chatted for a bit. She was so empathetic and kind. I felt so much better after speaking with her. It changed the trajectory of my night. Thanks Victoria. Starbucks is fortunate to have you and I appreciate what you did for me.

This place has been horrible this season. Wait times are outrageous. In the app it says 5-8 minutes til your order is ready then you get there and it’s 20+ more minutes and they aren’t even busy. You can watch them not do their job in real time. They also are impolite. I’m in here several times a week. They don’t grab the tickets or they grab them and move them somewhere random and forget about them. They don’t do your whole order at once. And as an aside, it really bugs me that the walls have no decor up just empty screws and hardware, it’s been like that for like 2 years. Has corporate forgot this location exists?

This location is always so hit or miss. Their cold foam is always watery, they always look like chickens with their heads cut off this is the second time they have made my order wrong. It’s my fault for continuing to go to this location though… I ordered their ginger bread iced chai and they didn’t put the cold foam on top at all… 🫣

Rude employee. My granddaughter dropped her drink outside the door when she was leaving. She went back into the store and and showed one of the employees her damaged cup and told her what happened. The employee was very rude to her and told her that she would have to buy another one. Since she already spent a ton of money on the one drink, my granddaughter just left after that encounter.

Those 2 black girls working yesterday june 17th 2025 really had bad attitudes this was around 1 pm 130 pm gave me small drinks when asked for trenta then rolled their eyes. With attitude made the other drinks. The horchata tasted nothing like horchata and each drink is 7 39 they should be ashamed of themselves.

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks team. I come here every morning either for my Honey Citrus Mint Tea, Iced Caramel Macchiato or Egg Whites & Roasted Red Pepper Bites. They have amazing customer service! Just this past Tuesday, I was there & they had given me my Iced Caramel Macchiato on the house because when I pulled up to the drive-thru I wished the entire team a “Good Morning”. They definitely caught me by surprise & they never disappoint! Even if I have ever had a complaint, they are always willing to accommodate me & they do it with satisfaction! This is the best group of individuals & I usually go there every morning some time between 7:15am & 7:30am. Keep it up TEAM ~ You ALL are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!
My hubby went to pick up an order and the doors to the area where the order was waiting were locked because of a meeting. When he motioned to someone he just wanted his order they motioned for him to (get in line and) go through the drive through instead of just handing it to him. Customer service? Oh and when he did pick it up at the drive through the order was wrong. 🙃🙃

Order a frappe. Daughter has to have one. They were very fast and the drink she thoroughly enjoyed. Only complaint was the construction and the removal of the side apron entrance to the parking lot. You can only get to the store via Appleton.
