Ordered for pick up, food wasnt ready when I got there. Had to wait 30 extra minutes. My pizza and breadsticks were sitting on the warmer the whole time. So of course it was ice cold. Whats worse? The pizza was burnt. Like charcoal. I tried to call to complain but the automated system kept hanging up on me. Absolutely pathetic

I placed an order, signed up or tracking and everything was ok until it was down baking. Got quoted for a delivery time then that changed to 15 mins later. I called to get an update and literally NO ONE knew what was going on, where my order was no nothing. Very unprofessional and kept transferring me to front desk which wasn’t picking up the phone.

Am from out of town and ordered via grubhub. I kept getting notices that it was being delayed so I called the restaurant and spoke with Amanda. Not only did she resolve my issue but she herself delivered the food. Awesome customer service. I highly recommend them. The pizza was delicious! It really hit the spot.
