Water Street Pub and Grill

I was really looking forward to this meal, but it was a big letdown. The mac and cheese was barely warm lukewarm at best and tasted like it had been sitting on the cold side of the line. Not comforting or fresh at all. The brisket was even worse: dry as a brick, tough to chew, and completely lacking flavor, and I only stopped because I wanted the fish and chips, but the dont serve it every day, you MUST have to come either a Wed or a Fri, I flew from NC, and only wanted to eat something while waiting for my hotel room to be ready, Definitely not coming back.

This is a spot my family and I frequent quite often. We love the atmosphere and especially the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming and make us feel at home. It is like one big family there, they remember you and always make you feel special. The food is terrific! We love the Friday fish fry with potato pancakes and their clam chowder is delicious! My son is crazy about the Mac and cheese. Their burgers are great as well and they have a special on Thursdays and they are only $8.95. (They even have gluten free buns if you prefer that!) They have wing nights on Tuesdays and bingo every other week which is always fun. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Could not get a drink for the life of me. Had to take our business elsewhere. Very disappointed, will not be back. If you are looking to get a drink within 20 minutes I'd go elsewhere.

Online it says it is wheelchair accessible but it isn't. Handicapped people don't go here.

Food is meh, they have bingo on Saturdays and they take way too long in between games to call numbers. Their speakers need to be fixed. So gravely with music playing and speaking through it.

The experience at Waterstreet is excellent.

We came on an early Friday for the fish, myself my daughter and fiancé, we love trying new places and this was a place I was excited to try! Family date night! Walking in we were immediately met with confusion, no one directed us on where to sit, we found a high top and sat down, we waited about 15 mins and we weren’t sure if we supposed to order from the bar or if there was a server, eye contact was exchanged with multiple employees but it felt so awkward and no one offered us help or direction! There were only two other tables with people and they were in the back. We were getting ready to leave but we were finally greeted, so decided to give it a shot. Ordered the cheese curds, they were tasty but the basket looked like we got ends and pieces and not very many for the price, the baked fish was okay, not mad about it, the server only gave us one round of drinks and took order and someone else dropped food off and we didn’t see the server again until it was time to pay. Had to order more drinks from the bar. I’m not sure we would give it another shot, the entire thing was uncomfortable and felt like the place lacked flow or ease.

Had the patty melt, crispy bread, and the cheesy onion spread on it was delicious
