First off, I want to say this place is absolutely amazing from the moment I first stepped into the establishment. I was greeted very professionally by the staff, which made a great first impression. I had made a reservation in advance, and they definitely accommodated that without any issues. The food was outstanding—perfectly seasoned, expertly prepared, and of restaurant-quality that truly felt like a five-star experience. The drinks were also excellent; the cocktail menu offered a variety of inventive options, and you can't go wrong with any choice. The wine selection was impressive, featuring wines from both local vineyards and renowned international wineries, adding a refined touch to the dining experience. Even though this is a hotel, the quality of the food is exceptional, prepared by a top chef with great attention to detail. I will definitely be returning soon. Keep up the excellent work and continue preparing such amazing meals.

Picked up some food, really nice looking place and friendly people. Lil slow for a Friday night.. -Guys fix your phones.. had to call the hotel desk to be transferred, the Waterlin restaurants phone number doesn’t ring just “this call cannot be completed as the number is busy, call later” DoorDash also says you’re closed, and there’s no option for putting in online orders. Would definitely help fixing the phone first! Will be back

We met friends for dinner at Waterlin and had an outstanding experience. We started with expertly crafted cocktails and shared a variety of appetizers, salads, entrées, and desserts—each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service struck the perfect balance of attentiveness and allowing us to enjoy our time together. Both the restaurant manager and the chef took a moment to check in, ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. As a group, we unanimously agreed: Waterlin deserves a solid five stars. Highly recommended.

Great food and service. Fun cocktails. We all had different entrees. I had the seafood pasta which was flavorful. The place was mostly empty so the word needs to get out about this place.

The food was good to be attached to a hotel. They did not have the short rib sandwich available when I tried to order so I settled for a buy and berry salad added salmon $26 total for a salad which is more than the sandwich I wanted. Was good just not what I actually wanted. Had dinner twice both nights we stayed at the hotel. Ordered the smash burger which really isn’t smashed it was a perfect patty. The chicken sandwich was perfect and delicious upgraded fries to truffle fries and they were over cooked. The cod fish fry was good perfectly battered. The beer cheese and chorizo was good chips warm. And the kids burger was just like the smash burger except one patty. Megan the bartender was great when I went down just for drinks very friendly watching her interact with customers by name!! She also did well trying to make my drink perfect.

The four of us went on a Saturday evening around 5:30. No one else was really the restaurant area. We were greeted promptly. The appetizer we had was hot and delicious (bacon wrapped water chestnuts). Ashley, our server, was perfectly attentive and friendly. The bartender, Brady, was super friendly. The food we ordered was delicious. The Salmon was done perfectly, the maple glazed chicken was excellent. The other entrée was also delicious. The overall dining experience was very satisfying. I'm glad we ate dinner there.

Sunday morning brunch was not crowded, big place and they were able to seat all 9 of us (2 little kids and a baby-however no booster seat offered.) Service was prompt, food was good.

Stayed in hotel for a week. Ate there several times. Everyone was good. But you have to in sit at the bar and see my buddy sheriff pappy! Great guy. Helpful and fun to talk to while you have a beer.
