Some of the best brisket you will find. I cannot wait until spring to venture over to the Woodman’s at lunchtime.

I caught them on the last day of the season, which was supposed to be burnt end Fridays…but they were sold out less than an hour after they opened. No problem. I settled for the “jerk” chicken and let’s just say it was just sauced, not jerked. It was also shredded, so I kind of felt like I was eating baby food. The Mac and cheese needs a major over haul. If you eat greens regularly, I wouldn’t bother with those either. The best thing about my meal was the price, was reasonable. But don’t let this review deter you though, try them out for yourself next spring/summer.

Stopped by their food truck that was outside my job & when I say customer service friendly & short wait time I mean it. I got their jerk chicken loaded fries, extra collard greens, & macaroni! Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic food and even better customer service. Large portions, you can tell they took pride in creating their recipes, and add a nice spice to everything! Really what stood out is that I ordered sides as I am a vegetarian and the cook asked me if I would like jack fruit and I was pleasantly surprised! I thought that was very thoughtful and wow, it was delicious. Thank you again!!

The food was absolutely fantastic. I’ve had BBQ at many food trucks over the years. This one stands out for several reasons. The owner takes pride in what he does and really enjoys the craft. The fry’s were awesome with great seasoning, the brisket was perfect, the BBQ sauce was very good and the sides were on point. If you see the trailer make sure you stop.

Our company used Wilma's Smokehouse for an onsite event and was nothing short of pleased with both their food and service. From the very start, they provided top notch service by answering all my questions via email in a timely manner. Our employees raved about how delicious their food was and how quickly it was served. HIGHLY recommend Wilma's Smokehouse! They do not disappoint the taste buds nor fall short of impeccable service!

I have been coming to Matt's truck for about 8 years. I recently had a graduation party for my daughters. I used Matt to cater food for about 50 people Everyone, and I mean everyone, raved about the food. It made a great day even better. See you for lunch next week!

Jerk ribs were good not too salty but had flavor. The rice and peas and cabbage was the highlight for me it was very delicious. The jerk sauce packed flavor but not too spicy.

Some of the best BBQ in town. The loaded fries are the BOMB!! The Philly brisket is the best brisket sandwich you can get in my eyes. A bit of a limited availability, but worth looking for.

First time food truck user. The generous pulled pork sandwich with flavorful BBQ sauce & haystack onions was great. Looking forward to stopping again.

just had the brisket nachos, pulled pork with mac n cheese and haystack, and a kids cheese burger. Everything tasted great and I will definitely be back to try their other items.
