Have been there before and enjoyed the burgesr and the beers. Had neither tonight. Walked in and asked if the kitchen was open, was told yes and received beer and food menus. Then the bartender disappeared. Watched her wait on a party of 8 or 10 that came in after us. Finally got an acknowledgment that we were waiting but still no service. Instead we watched her help 2 other customers. We finally got up to leave to witch the bartender said loudly across the bar. "GOODNIGHT. THANKS FOR STOPPING IN!" In a very snotty and sarcastic tone. We will not be back any time soon.

Underwhelming, overpriced and boring.Ordered a chopped salad with chicken for $18! It consisted of Romaine lettuce, chicken, three walnuts and a sprinkle of blue cheese. This is literally the easiest thing to make, how do you mess it up? The waitstaff behind the bar seemed uninterested and just stood in the corner when not serving customers. We had to call them over each time we needed something. I'm so tired of not having decent restaurants in the Falls, it's not that hard to have a burger/beer place, give a little effort

I had the best time here! The atmosphere is great, and the food is even better. The new menu has great options, and my burger was cooked to perfection. All the staff was super friendly and attentive, I barely had to ask for anything I needed. I loved the game room, enjoying pool and pac-man with my friends. 15/10 Best place to grab a beer in the area!!Kid-friendliness: Great space for kids to be entertained while parents relax at the bar.

Grabbed a table and service stopped by and dropped off menus waited patiently at a table by the bar. Finally went up and asked to find out you have to order at your table which isn't listed on the menus. Food was good but they were out of multiple sauces and came out with only half our order at a time. Not enough silver ware at the table, no ciders on tap, one drink was super watered down and the other tasted off, asked for a to go box that never came. And can we talk about the bathroom situation.
Fish fry was excellent in all respects. Service was terrible. First time there. Came in, no one acknowledged us, stood around, finally seated ourselves. 2 waitresses/bartenders talking to each other. 10 minutes before anyone came over. Ordered. Food brought but zero follow up. Was not busy for 6 pm on a Friday. Never brought bill over. Had to go to bar to ask for it. If this is a self serve place, should be noted online and via sign in restaurant. Ambience meh. 6 tvs, one with old western from 50’s, 4 with betting shows - boring - and one obscure basketball game. Loved the food but will not be back.

Beware the chicken sandwich is all breading with little tiny piece of chicken in the middle. Was very dissatisfied was all breading. It comes with french fries and was $15 after tax $19 after tip! Would definitely not eat that again poor quality! Place looks like it was good for drinks though even though we didn't drink. Glad they took cash or I would have walked out they did give us a menu at the bar thank God it wasn't a menu on my phone

Great variety of beers, cheese curds and pretzel bites were an excellent addition. Definitely going back since the tap list is always changing. Pool table, juke box and lots of room to have fun with friends.
