I have been going to Brewery Nonic for years. In fact my son worked behind the bar for his last year of college. Ryan the owner is such a kind man, that alone makes it worth the trip. The staff is remarkably stable as they are treated with repeat. Weirdly I’m not a much of a better drinker lately but I still visit due to the food trucks and the people. I'm glad someone told me about this place, as it's a bit hidden (and I like that)You won't get this vibe in the cities, it's the perfect place to get a sour and sit by the fire away from campus.
