Team members could benefit from training on how to handle a customer complaint.
I had ordered a large blizzard through drive thru and when I got to the window they handed me a medium. I stated that I ordered a large and the team member said I paid for a medium. I then asked if I could pay the difference for what I wanted. He had to go ask another team member and came back and said no, they were unfortunately too busy and wouldn’t be able to do that.
