I've never had an issue with JJ till tonight. ordered a wrap for back home settled the baby. go to eat take a few bites and pull a hair out of my wrap. a very long blond hair. Def not mine :( tried calling but was put on hold and no one came back. ok maybe had a quick rush. called back 15 min later no answer. ;(.
