I’ve never received such incredible service at a Wendy’s! The shift manager (around noon) was uncommonly pleasant and accommodating! The kitchen staff were extremely fast and efficient! This store gets an easy 5 stars from our family! Thank you!
Normally, when I'm out and about, and I really feel like having a Cheesy cheddar burger from wendy's, I find the nearest Wendy's, and test out their service and food making abilities, by requesting the cheesy cheddar burger. The cheesy cheddar burger, was one of Wendy's original sandwiches, and many Wendy's locations, do not have it on their menus anymore. Most people that work there don't even know what a Cheesy cheddar burger is so I have to explain...
It's been probably 10+ years since we've gone through the drive thru and were greeted with a smile. Our order was correct, fresh, and delicious. We were also thanked for stopping by and offered a shake. Too bad the manager at this location can't tour around the country to instill this behavior in all locations. Well done!
