I have been going to Arby’s all across the country and this by far is the worst one out there. If you have time to go to a different one, I would highly recommend a different location. The management needs a hole different one here.

Ridiculously slow service at drive up. Food is marginally warm after waiting in line forever. I predict it will close just like taco bell did here in mequon. Poor service=lack of return business.

I ordered 3 roast beef sandwiches. Somehow 2/3 of them were not even edibale. The meat was bright pink and not even warm. Definitely undercooked. I wish I had taken a picture, but ended up throwing them right in the trash because I was so disgusted. Very disappointing.

Order wrong! Quite drive-thru doesn't try to sell anything. Napkins yeah right that makes to much sense. How bout sauce didn't ask me to remind me or just throw some in the bag anyway. Just horrible service. Food is o.k. but all mashed into a roast beef ball on a bun. Come on people. Take some pride you have a job & care to show some people interaction skills.

Would be zero stars if allowed. Placed order at drive through and waited behind one other car for 10 minutes -@ 6 pm on a weekday. Didn't move an inch. Business looks open but unable to serve customers. Why this place opened and in this location is a mystery.
Always extremely slow. Drive through is so slow especially during lunch. No decent fast food places to eat out here.
