Arby's, a restaurant known for staying open late, offers hot food and friendly staff. The clean location in Mequon has received positive feedback for its delicious roast beef sandwiches and helpful service. Customers particularly praise employees like Ramona for going above and beyond with their attitude and customer service skills. However, some recent experiences have been inconsistent, with reports of incorrect orders and missing items such as curly fries. Despite these issues, many customers enjoy visiting for potato cakes, which are a popular menu item. Overall, Arby's strives to provide good service and tasty food, often exceeding typical fast food expectations.
