Ordered through the app. No waiting I. The drive through when I got there. Order was no where near ready to be picked up. Got a hot caramel macchiato and a hot matcha latte. (Both venti). Plus 3 trenta blackberry refreshers. 2 with lemonade and 1with water. The hot drinks were both only half way filled considering I ordered a venti. I was pretty angry. I go to this location nearly every morning. Dakota, is AMAZING. He knows my drink and makes sure it’s made properly each time. I ask for a vanilla bean Frappuccino with strawberry puree blended in. Yesterday, when I went, the young lady at the window put in the wrong thing so before I handed over my card I verified what I ordered. She put in a strawberries and crème Frappuccino and tried to tell me it’s the same thing as what I wanted. Since I’ve had both of these drinks...

I went inside versus the drive through. Coffee and cake pop were both good. Bathrooms could use a cleaning when I was there. Smaller parking lot. Relatively friendly staff. Took a little bit to get my items but I was in no rush by any means.
