Please don’t make “curbside pickup” an option if your staff doesn’t have even answer the phone. This happened two visits in a row. I had to repeat my name about six times before giving my last name… and then got the drink, that was sitting behind the counter the whole time. The other two families waiting inside looked miserable, too. Terrible service :(
Brandon was rude on meal ordering 6/1 as if we were bothering him to order. He should not be in food service. Asked us what sides we wanted. Asked what was allowed. He got agrivated and said "what ever is behind me". Real great communication. Very poor, unfriendly, and annoyed we were there. Music so loud could not hear a thing. High food prices for being treated rudely. Just plain rude experience. Will not return or recommend.
My kids wanted to try this place. Waited over an hour for 3 wraps and 2 drinks. No one apologized for the slow service or communicated. This is not acceptable. Customer service was awful. I know it’s hard to find employees but that is no excuse. Hopefully something changes soon.
