Spacious setup, clean environment. Juiciest burger I have seen in a long time. Fries were crispy and light. Club sandwich as big as your head!! Staff was very friendly and checked up to make sure everything was all right.
Wooden Goose Cafe is a cozy , homey restaurant on Mequon Rd. I had breakfast the eggs benedict. The hollandaise was what made the meal as it should. It didn't hurt that the owner was hospitable and came to speak to us at our table.
Tasty food, good service but a bit on the pricey side for breakfast fare but it is Mequon, so fair enough. Get the Goose-sized cinnamon roll to go so you can eat in in private; no point in anyone seeing you lick the plate clean.
