And - THEY'RE BACK!!!! I frequented Yen Ching my entire childhood thru mid-adulthood and would even make the occasional trip down to go, so I was crushed when they closed, and a piece of me shattered when they leveled the building. BUT! they are now open in Mequon (close to work) and they deliver! My two absolute favorites Yen Ching Chicken and Cashew Chicken DID. NOT. DISAPPOINT!! The y were as good as I remember!! Love this place! I have ordered it for lunch many times, Yen Ching Express never disappoints! And the food in the to go container: stays hot for an impressive amount of time! Even if I don't get to eating it right away, it's always still hot whenever I open it 😁
