They served me cold fries. I politely told them the were not hot. I was told they would drop new ones. They never brought them out. I refuse to ask twice for good service. Won't be back.

All I can say is wow! I was treated like garbage. I ordered something in a large and when the guy behind the counter handed it to me I said oh is this a large. He looked at me and said I didn't ring it up as a large but I guess I'll get you a large. The entire time I was waiting for my food the woman and the guy behind the counter just goofed around and the guy was swearing. The lady was nice when she handed me my sandwich and said I still had to wait for the shake. Ok, not a big deal but the attitude from the guy and not getting what I ordered is not ok. This isn't the 1st time I've gotten an attitude from workers there and they messed up what I ordered. Very disappointed and won't be going back.

Normally the food is good but what is this!? This cheese we got on our most recent visit is rancid. It's orange with a very doesn't taste or smell right and it has brown chunks in it!? This is disgusting and unacceptable

This location is awful. The owners and store manager are terrible. Store Manager is extremely unprofessional, doesn't keep records of employees availability, ignores employee requests, is frequently late to work, allows own children (who are employed under their parent/store manager) to show up whenever they'd like to and several locals have heard the store manager talking terribly about employees, personal drama, and the owners, while in customers presence and directly to customers. The store owners are aware of the issues and refuse to acknowledge them. Absolutely disgusting example of a restaurant of any kind and I'm disappointed to say it's local. The service is decent, at best, when they're staffed and the store manager is not present. This location is frequently out of items, I would guess due to managements failure to perform their duties in ordering and stocking items. I, unfortunately, cannot recommend this location for food, atmosphere, or employment opportunities.

If you want fast food, go somewhere else! Store Manager has been aware of plastic products IN the fryer and told employees NOT to report it! Absolutely disgusting place! We overheard the "store manager" talking to an employee about the incident while visiting this location within the last 6 months.

I ordered beef & cheddar. I asked if it came with red sauce, when I was told yes I asked for one without it. 5 people were served before I received the new sandwich. When I got home I found out my sandwich had red sauce on it. Very unhappy with the service.
I’d probably give this specific location a negative rating on service if I could. Maybe they were understaffed, and I get that, but for every one person who ordered inside, 5-6 people in the drive thru ordered and received their food before the person who ordered inside did. That’s just bad management. Basically don’t go here if you’re in any kind of hurry.

Parking: No place to park for online pickup. Just went thru the line ( no complaints) Very limited parking due to being attached to gas station.
