This location is awful. The owners and store manager are terrible. Store Manager is extremely unprofessional, doesn't keep records of employees availability, ignores employee requests, is frequently late to work, allows own children (who are employed under their parent/store manager) to show up whenever they'd like to and several locals have heard the store manager talking terribly about employees, personal drama, and the owners, while in customers presence and directly to customers. The store owners are aware of the issues and refuse to acknowledge them. Absolutely disgusting example of a restaurant of any kind and I'm disappointed to say it's local. The service is decent, at best, when they're staffed and the store manager is not present. This location is frequently out of items, I would guess due to managements failure to perform their duties in ordering and stocking items. I, unfortunately, cannot recommend this location for food, atmosphere, or employment opportunities.

If you want fast food, go somewhere else! Store Manager has been aware of plastic products IN the fryer and told employees NOT to report it! Absolutely disgusting place! We overheard the "store manager" talking to an employee about the incident while visiting this location within the last 6 months.

I ordered beef & cheddar. I asked if it came with red sauce, when I was told yes I asked for one without it. 5 people were served before I received the new sandwich. When I got home I found out my sandwich had red sauce on it. Very unhappy with the service.

I’d probably give this specific location a negative rating on service if I could. Maybe they were understaffed, and I get that, but for every one person who ordered inside, 5-6 people in the drive thru ordered and received their food before the person who ordered inside did. That’s just bad management. Basically don’t go here if you’re in any kind of hurry.

I love the beef and cheddar with no bun (gf) at this Arby's instead of Arby's sauce they put French dressing when I mentioned it the manager said that is always how we make it ... I have been eating at Arby's for 50 years never got it with French

Stopped here on my back from Wausau as I frequently do. The place was clean and the young lady behind the counter was pleasant and friendly. I ordered a double classic roast beef and it was delicious as always. I ordered a small lemonade (10 oz maybe). After taking three sips of the lemonade, it was gone. It was then that I noticed the glass was filled to the top with really large ice cubes. There was very little room for lemonade. I thought, there was probably a mistake and someone put too much ice in the cup. I went to the counter and showed it to the young man that was now behind the counter. He said. “I apologize but company policy is that we can’t cut down on the ice.” So, basically I paid $2.89 for. glass of big ice cubes. Again, the sandwich was very good, but I felt cheated with the lemonade. Next time I’ll bring my drink from the gas station in the same building.

Well, got accused my manager that I somehow took a sandwich in front of a bunch of people. I never took the bags off the counter, but she kept insisting she made 2 sandwiches, so where is the other one. I felt like a heel, in front of the people, and the lady next to me said she didn't take it, for she has not even left. They where not getting orders right, but to be accused of take(stealing) a sandwich, is not nice. The manager carried on for over 15 minutes. It was awful. People where telling me sorry you have to go through this. Horrible.
