Spent $30 on blizzards. Asked for an ice water and the manager visibly winced and scowled at the young lady serving us for giving me a medium cup even though I asked for a large ice water. The manager stormed over, snatched the medium cup and slammed down a small cup on the counter. It was actually kind of humorous but I honestly felt bad for the employee who took our order. Poor girl. Anyway the blizzards were delicious, and the service from the young lady was excellent, but the manager could have been more diplomatic and polite about the whole thing. I understand businesses needed to make a profit so an easy solution would to charge 50 cents for a cup of ice. But please don’t scowl at a paying customer for asking for an ice water on a 90 degree day. Ey yi yi ?♀️

Great customer service. They still hand dip their dilly bars which is a staple and must have! My husband and I split a banana split and they put what he wanted on half and what I wanted on half. Was delicious!

They did a great job on our daughter’s birthday cake. This is the second year we did the ice cream cake and both times they did awesome. Definitely going to be continuing getting them in the future, thank you!

Giving it two stars since it’s kind of a historical thing here. But no where to sit on a busy day, no food (only ice cream) , limited parking. And let’s face it. DQ ice cream is just over priced soft serve. Could use an upgrade
