Food was hot and yummy, not a long wait for the meals. Our waitress knew how to space our courses out which was nice and she was always making sure we had everything we need.

Great roadside restaurant with great everything. We love the Thursday night special- Lasagna small salad and a piece of garlic bread. Pecan pie for dessert. Very clean also.

As anyone who knows me well knows, I like good food. Some people say I’m picky. Maybe I am. But I’m pleased to say this place passed the “test”. I’ve come to realize you really can’t accurately judge a restaurant by how it looks on the outside. I was recently at a joint that looked a bit shabby on the outside, and the food really fit the place. It wasn’t great, in case you’re wondering. This place, on the other hand, was actually quite nice inside. Not extravagant, but the atmosphere is simple, comfortable, cozy. The waiters were all friendly and accommodating. And the food was excellent. Now, I’ve been to some very high end restaurants, and I know what gourmet food is. Friendship House is not a high end gourmet place. However, anyone looking for a good hot meal, friendly service, and average prices, should not be disappointed. I invite you to see for yourself!
