For the past three times I’ve been there my food has either been missing or they gave me the wrong stuff. I like KFC because they have a specific meal combo that I like however, I’m just gonna go elsewhere for my food now.

The restaurant is cool in that it's a Taco Bell and KFC all in one. The building is nice. The food was as to be expected but there was a few things wrong with our order and when we questioned it they got irritated. They were busy though.

Ordered on DoorDash twice once I had it delivered the second time I picked it up and both times they screwed up the order
Food was good, went in at 9 p.m. good job night crew! Got both KFC and taco bell, crunch wrap was bomb! Chicken was good. No spoon tho had to take my mashed potatoes home, but that's ok. Good fast service food was done fast and it was fresh...over all good experience. The drive thru worker was nice and friendly.
Got the hard crunch chicken nuggets, fries soggy, all cold. Workers yelling at each other, out of this, out of that. Everyone there could hear them. Table was sticky. Not a nice place.
Terrible. Drove through the drive through and ordered chicken tenders, nuggets, and mac and cheese and mashed potatoes for my daughter. At the window was told to order something other than the tenders as it would be 17 minutes. When we got our food, it included no sauce making the nuggets dry and impossible to eat, no mashed potatoes, and a rock hard biscuit. We waited 12 minutes for 1/2 our order and the rest was almost inedible. Do not recommend.

Weirdest fast food experience I've ever had. Stopped in for a quick bite between stops and waited several minutes for an employee to come to the front and take my order. That guy was pretty cool didn't get his name tho but he said he didn't know where anyone else was. The whole time I'm waiting for my order a timer is going off and the place is a ghost town. Food mess on all but one table and a counter seating area. I was in there for 30min and not one employee came out to clean tables tho one did come for garbage and another came to sit at the single clean table in the joint lol Food was fine, it's kfc not Michelin star dining but I did get a frozen muffin thing instead of a biscuit that I didn't eat because it was frozen and weird af ?

I love KFC/Taco bell but not the one here in Merrill WI it's horrible they don't know how to clean or answer the phone when people call or keep up the water so people don't fall and slip
Today 7/24/24 was the worst experience ever at the Merrill Wisconsin KFC/Taco Bell. Tried ordering 2 tender dinners only to be told that they were out of coleslaw and fries for side's and continued to wait in line for about 15 minutes only to be told at the window that they were out of mac and cheese so told them to give me extra mashed potatoes and gravy. A few minutes later they came to the window and said that it was going to be another 20 minutes for the chicken tenders to get done so was asked to pull around and park and come inside to wait. Waited inside for 25 minutes only to be asked what I was waiting for. After telling the person what I ordered he went to the back and about 10 minutes he finally brought out the bag of food. Meanwhile while I was sitting inside waiting you could hear everything employees said and one employee said that he was glad it was his day off tomorrow and if he could find someone who would take his job he'd quit tomorrow. Customers shouldn't have to listen to that kind of talk. Going to be a long time before I revisit this particular place. Very pissed off.
