Today we ordered from here and are missing parts of our order. Called and left a voicemail and haven't heard back. Hopefully someone will contact us, just very disappointed. They weren't busy, we were the only customers besides my mother in law.

I stopped with my family before 9pm and was told their line closed at 9. Hours posted is closing at 10pm. Regardless it was before 9pm and she said they had already closed at 9. Can't tell time? Lack of caring? Not sure what the issue was but they must not like their job there.

Food looked old, gave us a ¼ cup of ice. The soda was warm and flat. I barely made it home my stomach hurt so bad. Off of few bites and sips. Very disappointed with our visit today.

We sat in the parking lot trying to fix our car and had multiple people from the store help us get it working again it took 4 hours almost, but we did it, and we are very thankful. Best kfc in the state. Thank you again

They constantly keep you waiting in the drivethru and then tell you 7 minutes later sorry we are closed which is usually still 4 or 5 minutes before the store even closes. Has happened multiple times now.

Ordered at drive thru. Told there would be a wait on chicken strips for our 8 strips meal. 2 sides and biscuits came with the meal. The Mac and cheese side we ordered at menu, was not available for another half hour when we got to the window, so we decided to get fries. In addition to what the meal came with we ordered fries and coleslaw. We did not receive our additional fry, coleslaw, biscuits, or sauce. In hindsight we should have checked our order before leaving, but we did not think it would be such a disaster. The food was warm bit not fresh. The staff was nice but did struggle with even taking the order. All of this at would be a peak dinner time around 5pm. Very unprepared and not worth the $45.00 bill.

Don't go around 8:30pm. Staff just wants to go home. Couldn't get chicken tenders and the food wasn't very warm. Soda tasted very bad, like their soda lines needed to be cleaned. We ended up going to Kwik trip to get drinks. Definitely overpriced for what we got.

AVOID. Although a new location it's already clearly worn in. Staff for sure don't care. Ordered a simple combo and ended up waiting a half hour with no sort of compensation or ability for refund. Avoid at all costs.

Online order of 2 x 8piece chicken along with several other things. Order showed ready and when I arrived, everything was bagged up and tied. Recept showed 2x 8 piece and everything so I took and left, but when I got home- there was only one 8 piece. Tried to call but only get generic answering machine.

They tried charging me $39 for a 12 peice nugget. Management was absolutely terrible, this kitchen manager NEED replacing. Missed several sidings on our meals, an tried charging us again for the sidings they messed up on...
