Anytime I've ordered a daily double at any location I ask for no onion and no tomato and no matter the store I end up with onions on my sandwich. Stop hiring children to make food they obviously can't read a screen right in front of their face and can't read a sticker they have to put on the sandwich wrapper before then piece together a sandwich. The schools today are to blame for this and parents never being parents to keep up with their childrens learning.

The last 4 times I’ve got breakfast from here my bagel has been rock hard and when you say something to the employees they have 0 care to what you say and make you buy a completely new sandwich! Place a joke!

We wanted to use a code a few moments ago, and the woman at the window couldn’t figure out how to enter the code and we ended up wasting our McDonald’s points and she hadn’t offered any resolution or anything to rectify it. Then when we reached the order’s window, the kid at the window asked if the order was ours, and when we said yes, he closed the window on us without giving us our food. 0/10 stars if I could leave that review, this was the worst service I’ve received at a McDonald’s.

I come here A lot because it’s convenient, but it seems to me that they’re not understanding the orders through the drive-through one time I came in and there and it took them 15 minutes just to make fries idk I feel like new staff is needed

Slow and rude service. It appears there is no more “fast” food at Merrill McDonald’s. Orders take a very long time and are wrong at an alarming rate. The lady at the window would not say a word to me and this has been my experience more than once at this location. The downfall of customer service at this location is astounding.

Very wonderful people here. We were part of a pay it forward chain and it was a beautiful thing. Food is fresh n hot here. Wish staff was like this back where I'm from.

I think it is really great hiring people with disabilities. However, when they do not understand how to ring up the order....maybe put them in a different position. I love McDonald's French fries...not so much here. Cold, barely salted. My hot tea was good. I was handed a cup of hot water, I opened the envelope and put the tea bag into the hot water. Delicious.

Ordered to the counter, was told my order was ready. Stood waiting for 5 minutes waiting for my order during my lunch break.
I could see my order sitting in the kitchen on the counter. After watching it sit there for 10 more minutes, they FINALLY picked up the bag and gave it to me. They weren’t even waiting on any food, they just let it sit there.

Food was cold. Abysmal service, someone needs to train these people.

Oct 17th. Went thru drive thru..asked to wait..we were the only car ..2nd car drove up an had it's order take fast.. I had to say hello inorder for them to take my order. Complained to manager. She claimed there was a problem inside. I cancelled the order and went to CULVER'S. That has happened numerous times at this Merrill location.
