I use to be a regular customer, then slowly service declined and "kids" taking orders made the whole process even more unbearable. Finally they lost my order, played stupid about it, then ignored my phone calls after hanging up on me. Now pizza hut will be on my no-go places along with McDonald's. I see another empty building happening soon.

A month ago I order 2 pizzas, one was free with my points. We only got 1 pizza. I called the restaurant and manager was very rude. Refused to talk to me when I called back, instead laid the phone on the counter and for 45 minutes I listened to everything happening in the building. I contacted corporate and for a month now all they are dealing with are the points we earned that day for the pizza we bought. They don’t care about anything else. I will never order anything from there again!

If I could give negative stars, I WOULD!! This was THE WORST pizza I have ever had!! I bragged to my husband how amazing pizza huts vegetarian pizza was and then when we ordered one here, IT WAS THE WORST PIZZA EVER!! Absolutely no cheese at all that I could find! The crust was hard as a rock! The veggies were really thick and under cooked. Just absolutely the worst!! We paid $22 for TRASH!!I could have gotten a better Jack's or tombstone pizza at the store!
