If anybody that live in Merrill eat at Taco Bell / KFC don't eat there they super nasty I was just working there and I quit they sit here and drop food on the floor and put it back in the bag and on top of that they don't even make fresh food they just have the food laying all out the place dirty

I usually try to be more patient and forgiving with businesses in the customer service industry, since I know the people and things they have to put up with, but this restaurant has been given chance after chance to meet our expectations. They gave me chicken quesadillas instead of cheese—which isn't too much of an issue, I guess—and very, very rarely is the cheese in the quesadillas melted, or look anything other than slightly warm. The last couple of times we've been there, the quesadillas haven't even been cut. In the same last visits, the staff seems to not know anything about one of their drinks. My boyfriend went and ordered one for me, only for the staff to not know that it even existed, despite it literally being on the menu . . . and in the last visit, the vanilla limonada was missing the "vanilla" half of the drink!! The staff are extremely slow with getting orders out, and normally I'd chop that up to them simply being short-staffed, but I have personally seen them work, and they lack any energy. I get it, fast food and retail jobs suck, and hardly anybody likes it there, but would it kill you to fake it til you make it??
Honestly, I'm just tired of craving what I remember about Taco Bell, only to he sorely mistaken once again. They simply aren't making any effort.

I thought the meat and cheese was supposed to go on the inside of the tortilla… crazy assumption on my part I guess. Is there no management on shift ever? Or how do these disasterous situations happen everytime you go?!

Ordered 2 famous bowls and a spicy chicken sandwich with french fries. Never got my French fries. Also when the order was done, no one called out my number.

We did carryout. The food was good. We like bean burritos.
They get orders consistently wrong. When they are right, they have no toppings and most times are just a taco shell with lettuce.

We waited and waited for someone to take our order and nobody came. An employee walked right by and didn't even acknowledge us. We left and won't be back again! I would give 0 stars.

I was ignored while I waited at the counter to pay with cash. Two employees stood in front of me having a conversation for over 5 minutes never made eye contact never asked me why I was waiting what I was waiting for even though I was standing with my wallet open right in front of them
