While out delivering, I seen a place that looks pretty healthy from my last time making my delivery and wanted to see what was in there. I asked for a recommendation which turned out really good. Berry immunity was my smoothie bowl and passion fruit energy tea was my drink choice. Very good and would highly recommend. I will be returning for sure.

This was my first time in Apex Nutrition. Very impressed with the menu and selection. The service is top notch and the atmosphere is welcoming and casual. Very clean and organized and I was able to find a cozy spot in the back to get some work done. Highly recommend!

Bowls are awesome, super tasty and filling without making you feel bloated. Keeps me going all morning. Friendly staff. Definitely plan on making this one of my daily go-tos as I live in the neighborhood.

I randomly walked by this place and vibe felt awesome! Best decision for nutrition shake for a few hour a car ride. The owner was pretty nice. Cool place.

I had a smoothie bowl and it was fantastic. Never had this before. What a clever meal. The place is beautiful and clean inside. The lady at the counter was so nice and made the perfect smoothie bowl. She took the time to understand what I could have. I have a lot of food sensitivities which makes eating out difficult. I will definitely be back and bringing my husband. My daughter loved the smoothie bowl too! She's 20 months. I'm so happy I found this place. Price and quality of food was spot on.

Apex Nutrition brings a refreshing change to your morning or afternoon pick me up. I love that I can get coffee with protein or a fruity, fizzy tea drink that's not loaded with artificial sugar and scary chemicals. The owner, Cassie, carries her passion and knowledge for wellness into her business at Apex which is helpful for those who have questions about certain products or ingredients. The best place is Madison to get a healthy snack/meal. Healthy great tasting protein shakes and energizing teas. All of there options are incredible and the atmosphere is also great. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Stop in and try something!

We tried the Mint Muscle and one of the Monthly Refreshers, and both were delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly. It’s a great place if you’re looking for something sweet and healthy without the extra calories.
