Generous portions, authentic homemade Chinese food. Definitely way better than typical "American Chinese" restaurants where everything tastes the same and you feel terrible afterwards. Very nice owners. Only downside is the prices are definitely at a premium. I stopped at Taigu for the first time this week during my lunch with a few coworkers after hearing it recommended by several people in my office. All staff that we interacted with were polite and offered suggestions on what to order. The food came out quickly and the servings were large and each had its own flare. I would highly encourage anyone in the Middleton area to try it.

We got the crispy chicken dumplings (#1a) and the fresh pork spicy cat ear noodles (#28). The cat ear noodles were SO GOOD - I especially liked the wood ear mushrooms in it, they were absolutely delicious! This food was so delightful. I’ve heard good things about Taigu and wanted to give it a try myself, and I am very happy with the experience. The portions were large, so one entre can feed 2 people. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! So good!!!
