This is my favorite Barriques location because of the high ceilings, huge windows, and the fireplace! The seats around the fireplace are well worn with love, but still one of my favorite places to sit and read on chilly or rainy days. The bakery options are all great and we love the breakfast bowls and sandwiches. Their rewards system on the app is great keeps me coming back because every few visits I earn a free espresso drink!
We love our Barriques, wonderful place to hang out, get good coffee, and do some work. We wish drinks to stay were available in mugs more often rather than to-go cups, but we still very much enjoy the cafe :)

Staff at this location don't understand the concept of customer service.This afternoon I came in and ordered two hot chai tea lattes to go - both made exactly the same way. After a while, my name was called and ONE chai was placed on the counter for me. The staff person walked away, so I wasn't able to ask about the second chai I had ordered. I continued to wait. And wait. And wait. About 20 minutes after placing my order, I asked about the status of my chai and was told, "It's coming". All of the customers who came in after me received their orders, but for some strange reason, Barriques staff couldn't produce my drink. After another 10 minutes, my name was called and a drink was placed on the counter. When I picked it up, I could feel that it wasn't hot. I removed the lid and took a sip - it was barely lukewarm. I immediately handed the drink back to the staff person who had put it on the counter and told her it was barely warm and I demanded a refund. No apology from her - nothing. I had to walk back to the counter and wait for another staff person to appear. I told her what happened and demanded a refund. I explained that since I ordered two drinks that were exactly the same, staff should have prepared them at the same time. I mentioned that customers who came in after me got their orders long before I received my second chai. When I told her the second chai was barely lukewarm, she asked me if I had thrown it out. I explained that I had given it back to the other staff person. I got a half-hearted apology from this staff person and she told me she processed a refund for one chai. I was ordering for two people, so only one of us got to have a drink. There was no way I was going to wait around another half-hour on the possibility I MIGHT get a hot chai prepared correctly. What a huge waste of my time.

Barriques is a good little coffee shop. The service is good and the patrons are warm and friendly. The atmosphere can be a little noisy, but the big windows make the space very airy and light.The fireplace area is lovely in cool weather.

Nice people, nice environment. Coffee was not very good though. The espresso they use is apparently their own roast. It's probably financially efficient but there are a lot of great local roasters in WI and it's a shame they don't offer them. I want to be able to go to a cafe, and choose what kind of coffee I get in an espresso. I would gladly pay extra for the experience. If you are a Coffee person who wants to try something different, maybe go somewhere else. I'm sure it's serviceable to the average 9-5er. The atmosphere inside makes you feel like they offer a gourmet coffee experience but the coffee doesn't really match. 5 star service with 1 star coffee, which is a shame.

The coffee and food is excellent, but the service is unbearably slow. I switched to ordering on the app after waiting 20 minutes for an Americano, but have consistently had my order made wrong (and it's not a complicated order - a hot Americano instead of iced, the wrong size drink, etc). And today my order was lost completely - not the staff's fault, but I didn't have time to wait for them to make it. They offered a refund, and I'll find somewhere else to get my coffee on my way to work.
Love this place. The fireplace is a nice touch, your hours are appreciated (open until 7), good food and coffee selection and also a very nice wine/beer/liquor selection for sale on premesis.Parking: Has both off street and on street parking available.

Cool place to get alcohol, but they don't call out orders when they're ready. They have a massive wraparound counter but their pickup area is only 18"x18", and there was a small crowd just asking what all the different cups had in them.

We had an excellent breakfast there. Very high quality coffee. However, the layout should be reviewed. The order pick-up area is not big enough and not convenient. But it's just a very small downside. It's a calm place with a lot of natural light.

Only been once as I'm not from around here.When my wife finishes her latte it's gotta be good, and she did! My drip coffee was delicious. Scones delicious and a great selection of them. Also unique breakfast sandwiches but not weird at the same time. I'll definitely go back to one of their locations when I'm back in town. If I had to call out one thing I'd try to improve, the staff seemed a little... Meh. Could use a little more energy. But, I didn't go to chat I went for the quick breakfast and coffee which was awesome.

Today was a total miss - 3rd time in last 4 months. So I have decided to take my business else where. Manager was extremely rude to my Mother and I today - that was the final deal breaker
