I recently ordered pork chow mein from China Work, but when I went to pick it up, I realized it wasn’t the noodle dish I expected. It turns out that chow mein at this restaurant is actually a rice dish, while lo mein is the noodle version I was looking for. I went back to the restaurant, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They explained the difference, and the worker kindly offered to make the lo mein for me at no extra charge, even though I tried to pay for the correct dish.
I was really impressed by their thoughtfulness and generosity. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back for more great food and excellent service.
If you're looking for recommendations, I highly suggest the Black Pepper Hot and Spicy Chicken and the Mongolian Triple Delight—those are two of my go-to dishes, and they’re always fantastic!

This place is just amazing. Takeout, dine in, either way. It's always delicious and fresh. They know what they are doing and they do it well. They're also one of the only restaurants, that i've been to, doesn't overcook their shrimp.

I think that China Wok is a 3.5 star rating for me… Due to the average ratings being over 4, I will round down to 3.
Although some reviews mention a buffet, this current location does not have one. I believe this restaurant used to be located a block down and did have a buffet space.
The takeout is ready fairly quickly. The food is good, but not exemplary. I would definitely eat food here again, but I would also check out other places in the area to see if I could find a better option. The portions are ample for the price.
The seating in restaurant is fairly limited. You could certainly eat a quick bite here, but I wouldn’t settle in for a long dinner here.
Vegetarian options: Just order tofu or without meat on most dishes
We got very salty spaghetti instead of Lo mein, and Mexican style flour tortillas with the moo shoo pork. Dumplings were of poor quality and their sauce was a weird cinnamon sauce. Won't order again. Service was good.

Shrimp with vegetables was very good, crab rangoon was also good, the pork egg rolls were not great, I wouldn’t order those again. The storefront was very clean, and the staff were nice and helpful. I would definitely order from here again. I ordered over the phone for pick up and my order was on time and correct.
