Have been to this place multiple times and they always seem to mess up my order 😭. No big deal people make mistakes but the other day I had to wait 15+ mins for just a shake and some fries because they forgot my order. I asked them about my order and they said that they didn't have an order for that until I literally had to give them my receipt. Probably would've had to do way more for just a shake and fries if I didn't have my receipt .

The consistency of the quality has gone down. Now it seems like it depends on what time you swing by! Will reflect in the quality of food you get to me... but it seems like different shifts, take more pride! in the quality! of food they put out than others.

Me and my daughter goes to Culver's after her therapy we always order the same things but today there was a slight problem with her burger no delay or anything or any negative response it was replaced fast we really appreciated, the Culver's employee prompt response .

I came in here last night during the Curd Burger fiasco. Every last one of these people deserve a raise. I needed a tray for my sodas, and the kid who was clearly overworked got me one without question. Culver’s, please up the pay for these employees. They put up with such a catastrophe, and need a pay bump. To the greatest burger joint in the Midwest, I say this: Your service is unmatched, and your people are the best there ever was.
