Trio Ramen Reviews
Trio Ramem has a gluten-free ramen option that is safe for people with celiac disease.
Hands down THE BEST ramen in Madison. Today was my second time visiting and it was even better than the first. The house made noodles and broth put this place above so many other “ramen” restaurants in the area and it’s not even close. The restaurant is always super clean and holds a very traditional Japanese aesthetic. So far I’ve tried the Gyoza + sriracha broccoli both were wonderful! On top of that the staff are super polite from the chefs, servers,...read full review

Trio Ramen is a clean, bright restaurant with a cool modern atmosphere and friendly staff, conveniently located right on the F bus line. The portions are good, and the food is tasty and delicious, making it a great spot for a quick and satisfying ramen meal. The restaurant offers a "build your own bowl" setup, making it easy to create an ideal ramen experience, and they often feature rotating specials that keep things interesting. The Base Ramen is a popular choice, with options for customization. The Karaage chicken is top notch and recommended for children, while the chicken katsu curry is good, not too spicy and not too sweet. The flavorful vegetable curry is fulfilling, and the miso broth with tofu and mushrooms provides a great combination of flavors and textures. The Teriyaki Udon is a solid choice for those looking for a stir-fry dish, featuring Udon noodles, teriyaki beef, egg, and scallions. The udon is perfectly chewy, and the base broth has multiple dimensions. The shrimp fried rice is also a hit, with nice veggies included. The pot stickers and takoyaki are delectable, and the option to add cheese on top of the ramen broth is intriguing. Overall, Trio Ramen is a busy place, but with plenty of seating options and a variety of delicious dishes to enjoy. The servers are attentive and helpful, making it a lovely hidden gem worth revisiting. One highlight is the server bringing over an iPad with photos of the dishes, which makes ordering easier and takes out the guesswork. The food comes out quickly—hot, fresh, and full of flavor.
