“I have been searching for a replacement for Miko Poke since it closed. I visited Poke Bay in Middleton for the first time today and feel that I have found it. It made a great first impression. All the items looked very fresh, the prep area and dining space were both very clean. I had the Tropical Sunset and it was delicious. A wonderful blend of flavors and the ratio of toppings to base was perfect. One of my complaints of other poke places in Madison is that the base, rice for me, far exceeds the toppings, making it seem like you are eating rice with a sprinkle of toppings. This is not the case here. I will be returning to try other combo bowls.“
