I had jambalaya here. Jambalaya was made with andouille sausage and shrimp. Traditional jambalaya has chicken and andouille sausage. There was a heavier tomato base that I'm used to with jambalaya. It almost did not go. Wasn't very spicy and the sausage wasn't very spicy either. I was scratching my head on that. I'd have to have other entrees but if you're a jambalaya purist like myself.. I would go for something else. Cuz you will be disappointed....
