“I just wanted to shout out to I'm assuming the manager or atleast the manger on duty when we were there. We came for lunch and it was busy with track meets going on but we still got our food pretty quick. I decided to try the sweet chili ramen. I just was not a fan and couldnt bring myself to eat it so I went to toss it while my family finished eating. No complaints, just not for me. He noticed and asked if I was unhappy with my food and offered to make me something else instead. I really appreciate that! I wasn't expecting anything as I knew I was trying something new but that was some awesome customer service making sure I had a meal I was happy with. Thank you!“

“Absolutely terrific Tibetan Cuisine! In an atmosphere that is gentle and respectful. I live three hours away, was lucky to find it, and I guarantee I will be back! It doesn’t look romantic, but as I can attest from observing the couples enjoy their food, it is, from a culinary point of view, a romantic experience. Heck, I was alone and I felt the vibe!“

“Such a quaint restaurant with some of the best customer service in town. Kim anticipates all our needs and the owner, Mr. Ngo is so hard-working and warm. He remembers your order and is just such a nice man who is a people person, what every restaurateur should be. Right off the Beltline and really not that far from most parts of town. This is a quintessential Madison small business. We enjoyed the pho of course, as well as the pork vermicelli salad bun which was delicious!“

“Great place for hearty and comforting, delicious noodle soups! The service is fast and you get a large portion of the soup with lots of protein hard to finish in one go. We had the rice noodle soup with bang bang chicken (hot, beware) and coconut red curry flavored rice noodle soup (mild, easy). Both had excellent comforting flavors with a good heat. Will highly recommend, especially during winters!“

“I am hooked on this place. They have the best, stuffed-with-so-much-filling crab rangoon, excellent pan-fried dumplings and the Dan Dan noodle is enough for 2 people or two meals. This is currently my favorite place to get food from while I am at work. I have yet to dine in, but once the weather warms up, I will stop in for sure.

UPDATE: I and a friend went to dine in. The Dan Dan noodles are, if possible, even better when served on site. My friend is vegan and they were easily able to accommodate this with her Pad Thai. One thing: because of their brisk carryout/delivery orders, it can be a bit drafty when the door opens and closes. Also, tables were a bit dirty and not wiped down or bussed. Someone should take more care with this as it would make the dining area far more appealing/welcoming/sanitary. We will be back for sure.“

“Walked over after visiting MMOCA for dinner. No waiting and order cordially taken. Promptly served entrees. The food quality was very pleasing and appropriately portioned. Both entrees tasted very good and fresh ingredients were used. First time visiting but would return.“

“From moment we walked in Matt went above and beyond. i ordered my mac and cheese extra hot since last time i had hard time melting cheese. He took our order and double checked with Kitchen. food came out steaming. He then checked in with us while eating (how often does that happen at fast foor places) and thanked us on the way out. “Ordered online, very easy to use website and great pictures. Veggies are fresh and crunchy! Food is fresh and yummy. Done on time and order made exactly correct. Food still perfectly warm after 20 min drove home. Compares to Panda Express in alot of ways but more options. Lots of seating inside. Cute! Will definitely be back for more! So much variety and things to try.“

“Stopped by Saigon Noodle and had a really solid experience. The food was comforting and full of flavor — the broth was rich and aromatic, and the portions were generous. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Big shoutout to the service because our food came out about 10 minutes faster than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. It made the whole visit feel smooth and efficient without feeling rushed. Friendly staff, quick service, and consistently good food. If you’re in the mood for Vietnamese noodles, this spot is definitely worth checking out. Will be back!“

“The food was just like I'd expect from Noodles and Company. Everything was accurate and prepared quickly. The cashier didn't verify if it was eat-in or takeout, so get brought our food in a paper bag, but that's no real issue. The atmosphere was a little off, but that mostly comes down to location. They have a total of 4 tables, each with 4 seats.“

“My office loves to order from Thai Noodles. They are always able to take an order for 12 people with a pickup in 90 min with no issue. I honestly cannot think of a time with any food issues. I have dined in a few times as well and no issues with that either. It is the only place I have found I actually enjoy tofu :) Highly recommend.“
