It was delicious and sad to hear they aren't doing well with being busy. So please come out and support them so we can keep the only one here in the area. They are struggling financially. Asked why they are low on stock and it's due to broken machines that cost a lot of money to fix.

drove over an hour to this location as it is the only orange leaf in the area. website says they close at 8 yet they were closed by the time we got there at 7:20. if you close earlier, update your website. unprofessional.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. Worker at the counter was hunched over watching Netflix on her computer.. looked up at my friends and me and said “let me know if you need anything.” She then continued watching Netflix on her chair the entire time we were in there. There were very minimal options for frozen yougut to start, as well as very minimal topping options. The toppings that were there were very low and not stocked. If there is time to watch Netflix Series I think there is time to stock the toppings. When I went up to the cash resister to pay she got a call. She was extremely rude to the customer on the phone. After hanging up she called the customer a b**** for supposedly hanging up on her. She stayed in her chair the entire time she checked me out. Directly after I was done paying she shooed me to the side with her hand so my friend could pay next. Lazy! Will not be visiting again.

My son thought the frozen yogurt was ok. I do not think the bathroom has been cleaned in years. It was disgusting. I would not allow my son to use it after I did. We went next door instead.

agree with previous reviews. didn’t have regular vanilla or chocolate flavors and other flavors were out. the brownie batter flavor tasted like chocolate water. mike n ike’s were old and stale and didn’t really have a good topping selection. should’ve left the one in sun prairie open

Dead atmosphere, not a particularly comfortable patio, and basically no service other than cashiering - the toppings weren't particularly well stocked, either. All this would be fine if the frozen yogurt were a little more impressive, but, to be honest, the flavors were weak. Chocolate, peanut butter, coffee, raspberry - it all came out tasting like sugar to us. The texture is good and the price isn't exorbitant, so if you just want a sweet bite, you can definitely do worse.And, to be honest, they might be the only frozen yogurt place I've seen within city limits - this is dairy country, and it's a lot more custard, ice cream, and gelato around here. So if you're looking to sate that craving in Madison, it's definitely not, like, unacceptable. Personally, I'll be sticking to the higher fat creameries around town.

the store owner had zero idea how to redeem our gift card. she then sassed us and we left. she didnt even try to do it again. she shut us down instantly. this is unbeliveable and not how you treat a customer. i see why this store has 3.2 stars.

Went in with a gift card. The OWNER said very rudly that she wouldn't even try to run our Orangeleaf gift card because she stated very rudly that she hasn't been successful in the past. This is the OWNER turning away customers with guaranteed money via het stores gift card either because she was feeling lazy or she didn't want to try to run our gift card. So we took our family elsewhere and spent money. Don't bother going here.

Some of the worst froyo I’ve had. Almost every flavor was very watery and flavorless. We threw most of it out. Also lacked a lot of the toppings that many other places have like gummy bears.

I was craving frozen yogurt and toppings, and saw that this was really the only location in the Madison area (someone fill me in if you know otherwise).I was disappointed to see very few flavor choices, and even more disappointed by the topping choices. No fresh fruit, no cereal, no sprinkles. Very minimal and odd topping selection.Sadly, I would not return or recommend to anyone.
