Love the new Taigu Noodles location. You get the same great food but now there is also ample parking. The homemade noodles are the biggest draw for us, but the spice levels and use of great ingredients makes this our favorite for Asian food.

Menu in the restaurant only labeled vegetarian, not vegan, but the server was super knowledgeable and able to help us. Scallion pancakes- good but not amazing 3. Tofu Noodles with carrots, broccoli, onions & cabbage- great 69. Spicy Sautéed Eggplant with Tofu- highly recommend but it definitely has a kick to it

There are several vegan options; they are well-labeled on the website and more difficult to discern on the physical menu, so I recommend checking the web menu ahead of time to see the choices. Food is good and arrives in very generous portions, and noodles are house-made.
