The soup was hot, but the rest of the meal was lukewarm at best. The gyro meat lacked flavor and was cold. The pita seemed stale and heated up. The prices were crazy high for the quality of food received. We will not be returning.

Lentil soup way too lemony, like almost not edible. Lamb shank also lemony and I'll forgive the canned green beans but not the chunk that was literally burned to a crisp and ruined the flavor for the dish. Kabobs and Schwarma ok, but the store bought pita pockets are disappointing. Go to the Mediterranean Joint on Willy St for the better food and value.

Everything tasted sour. I don't know why. I've never tasted Mediterranean food this sour before. I am disappointed. Only good item was the grilled onion. Rice was cold.

Great falafel and hummus. Garden salad was huge.

Taza has the best falafel I've had in Madison, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Love the hummus and baba too, and it's the only place we've been to that has Lebanese-style tabouli ( mostly parsley instead of mostly bulgar).

Outstanding grill items and lesser-known mediterranean dishes. Fúl and Coco Wawa are amazing. More casual atmosphere. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

Fantastic tasty experience!! Ordered the Fattee Bel-Lahmeh which came in a massive portion size (easy 3 meals in one). It tasted fresh, spiced right, and flavorful. The dishes are served with soup or salad and I ordered the yellow split pea soup which, again, was loaded with flavor and delicious. The table also enjoyed baba ghanouj which we devoured as it was fresh tasting and very enjoyable. Will definitely have to make the trip back here again soon!

There was perfect level volume of music. The wait staff was friendly and understanding. The food quality was top notch and we ate everything we could until we were stuffed. I especially liked that we could get a family order and eat family style so that everyone could try a little bit of everything.

Food came out in a reasonable time, and everything was delicious and packed with flavor. The hummus might just be my favorite in Madison. I literally used every piece of pita to swipe the plate CLEAN. Another favorite of mines was the spinach lentil soup! It was a lovely blend of tangy and sour. The seafood soup was also very rich and flavorful (I could truly taste the seafood in the broth.) Perfect balance of savory dishes, creamy dips, and comforting soups.
