Absolutely everything was perfect. The original cocktails were beyond, service was perfect, and the atmosphere and vibe is so cozy and cool. We will be back many times in the future. Thanks Kat!!!

It took about 2 minutes at the bar and one sip of my craft cocktail to know why this bar was up for a James Beard award last year. The interior and overall vibe are cozy and welcoming, the cocktails (I think our group tried at least 6 or 7 different ones) we absolutely delicious and very original and the service was beyond expectations. Can’t wait to go back and visit Kat and her team.

I tried the dealers choice and they made me the best drink I have ever tasted.

We had 6 drinks combining of both virgin and regular. They were all great both the taste and the presentation! The atmosphere and services were really good! Definitely will be back again!

My group of seven descended upon Agency this past weekend and had an absolute blast. The space is gorgeous yet cozy, the service was outstanding — friendly, funny, and perfectly on point — and the drinks were creative without being pretentious, which we appreciated.
And the “small bites” from Sinta (I believe they’re in a two-month residency?) were not small in impact. Freaking spectacular. We ordered one of everything like the responsible adults we are, and not a single regret was had. Every dish was a hit.
Huge thanks to Agency and Sinta for such a lovely night. We’ll definitely be back — probably to order one of everything again.

Agency - wow what a gem of a spot. I knew the moment we walked in this place was going to be a great time, and it was confirmed when I saw a Death n Company book on the wall.
Ryan was truly a wonderful host. He made our time extra special by bringing some celebratory bubbles for the birthday boys at the table. The environment was a bit loud but it was prime time on Friday night so that didn’t bother us at all, everyone was having a great time enjoying drinks and catching up after Christmas.
I will say this place is probably not for everyone, especially if your idea of a bar is only based on rural dives. Most of our group is well traveled and said this place rivals the nicest cocktail lounges in Chicago, LA and NYC. So expect a slight wait (although honestly they made drinks faster than we had imagined so kudos to the mixologist given how complex the drinks were!).
Pretty average prices, anywhere from 15-30 per drink although most were under 20 bucks. We will 100% return and plan to do the true tasting.

Agency is a unique experience. They are able to do anything on their menu with or without alcohol. The tasting menu when it has a story is so much fun! Their dealer's choice option for a drink is quite adventurous that hits the spot every time! Highly recommend making a reservation!

eh . pricey. wish I got more talk about the interesting cocktails. food was weak
Agency Cocktail Lounge is in the Dubble Dutch Hotel. All the cocktails are made with really interesting flavor profiles and they clearly put a lot of thought into the menu. Everything on the menu can be made as a cocktail or a mocktail, which was a big treat for me. I had a N/A French 75 with hay (yes - hay!) that was delicious. It’s a very moody atmosphere - 1920s art deco in a historic mansion.
One of the owners was there to greet us - he gave us detailed information about the menu, explained the flavor combinations, made recommendations, and was generally delightful. So was the host. And the bartenders. Overall a lovely experience and we’ll go back again and again.

$20 cocktails from a limited selection. But service was good and it's a cool 1920's living room vibe.

recently visited Agency and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to poor service.
From the moment we were seated, the service felt cold and unwelcoming. Our server — a man with a man bun — handed us the menu without offering any explanation and only asked if we had questions. What made this feel worse was witnessing the same server at the next table being far more engaging — he explained the menu in detail, mentioned what items were unavailable, and even promoted an upcoming mixologist event. It was hard not to feel overlooked.
To make matters worse, our second round of drinks took about 25 minutes to arrive, despite the lounge not being busy. We observed the bartenders cleaning glassware and wiping the bar rather than making drinks — there was no sense of urgency or attentiveness.
The ambiance and setting of the lounge had potential, but the lack of consistent and respectful service really ruined the experience for us.
Overall:
It’s unfortunate when a place that markets itself as upscale delivers such lackluster service. I wouldn’t recommend Agency based on this visit, and I hope they work on providing all guests with equal and respectful treatment moving forward.

We had a great time! Service was out of this world. Lauren was incredible and over the top giving us recommendations for what to do and see in the city. Drinks were creative and delicious. Couscous was a nice bite!
