Got the chicken mandi. I think it was $19 including tax and not including tip. Enough for two servings. Comes with rice, a salad, and a thing of red sayce (tangy, tomato-y and lemony). Very good. The chicken was so soft the meat fell off the bone. I wanted a bit more spice in the red sauce and one container of it wasn’t enough, so I’ll ask for it more spicy and for extra next time. (I added dhai/plain yogurt and salt/pepper/lemon to the salad to eat it with the mandi.)
I stopped here while my wife was in St.Lukes overnight and the food was DELICIOUS! it made me wish we had middle eastern food where I live. Anytime I'm going to be in Milwaukee I will definitely be stopping here for a bite. The inside was beautiful as well and the staff very friendly. Family owned it seems and worth every penny. Don't miss out on this place!
Visited from Atlanta and saw the great reviews so I had to try it out! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich and a falafel sandwich. Both were fresh and loaded with flavor! Even though I was stuffed, I had to make room for the Baklava that was UNREAL! Best I’ve ever had. If you’re near MKE, check this place out!
