My wife and I shared and enjoyed the Baked Goat Cheese starter, tomato jam wasn't too acidic or sweet and the sourdough was grilled just right. My wife had the Spicy Tuna with Crispy Rice, which was not fresh (premade, then scooped) and the rice nuggets were hard and overfried. My main disappointment was with the Trademark Chicken and Fries. The whole dish had one flavor note; a heart attack inducing level of salt. The pan jus, if it had flavor, couldn't compete. And...
Interesting mix of sushi, steak, seafood, and "comfort food" choices. Innovative cocktail choices on the menu, as well as about five choices in each general wine category. We chose to have a salad rather than a starter with our entree, which was a very generous portion. We could have easily split the salad portion and still had plenty. So, no dessert this time around. I took my wife, son and his girlfriend (both 18) was nice to show them an experience they wouldn't normally get to. The staff was very friendly and fulfilled requests quickly n enthusiastically. Like who wants to work on a holiday? But everyone was very pleasant the chef even came out. This sure wasn't a basic restaurant experience!!! N everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thank you Fox 6 for recommending. Even got pics next to the giant tree in the atrium.
