The shower was disgusting. Mold was on the shower ledge and was thick on the hose to the shower wand. This only can happen when you don’t clean properly! I shouldn’t have to clean before I try to get clean. Attention to detail is extremely important! I was very disappointed.
My wife and I booked a room well in advance. When we arrived, at the check in desk, the manager and host had a long conversation. We were given our keys. When getting to the room it was obvious we were put in a lower category room then what we reserved and paid for in advance. We were not told of this at check in but left to either notice or not. We went down and asked why. The manager told us they were sold out of our room. How can that be when we reserved over a month out...read full review
I had to be up at 6am for a meeting and there was a extremely loud party on the top floor until midnight. Absolutely unacceptable for a hotel where the main objective is to SLEEP. I called the front desk and they basically told me that their party is more important than my sleep.
Terrible customer service.
Terrible planning in regards to the rave going on in the conference room.
Just terrible.
