I was there in the lobby and overheard a manager, Shannon I think is her name, berating an employee very meanly and using offensive language. It was very awkward to overhear and I don't think I will go back,
The shower was disgusting. Mold was on the shower ledge and was thick on the hose to the shower wand. This only can happen when you don’t clean properly! I shouldn’t have to clean before I try to get clean. Attention to detail is extremely important! I was very disappointed.
My wife and I booked a room well in advance. When we arrived, at the check in desk, the manager and host had a long conversation. We were given our keys. When getting to the room it was obvious we were put in a lower category room then what we reserved and paid for in advance. We were not told of this at check in but left to either notice or not. We went down and asked why. The manager told us they were sold out of our room. How can that be when we reserved over a month out...read full review
