Get home open the meal, they're barely hot and barely no bbq sauce. I stay on the south s. So I said forget it let's enjoy anyway. I took a bite of the damn bean and tell me why they tasted real.tangy and almost like spoiled. HEAR ME N HEAR ME GOOD. I WILL NEVER COME TO ASHLEYS AGAIN!!!. I BET THE OWNER IS ROLLING OVER IN HIS GRAVE CAUSE THIS BUSINESS NOW SUCKS TO HELL! IT WAS EVEN OK when his son was running it but I heard he sold. And instead of the legacy continuing the legacy is being run in the ground. Do better yall

I will not be returning to Ashley. I ordered beef ribs.why did I open the container, and these poorly presented pork rib bones sit in the bottom of my container. This is not the first time I received poor quality of food from Ashley. Do better people. Your community still expects quality food!

I will not go there no longer or I will advise my family and friends. Food is horrible rib tips was hard burnt bones, spent $18 for this terrible dinner. Pleas do not order food with out looking at it before you leave ?

I love the food. When I do go, it's either Sat. or Sun. This is when they have the buffet dinners. Usually consists of items like Mac & Cheese, Fried Chicken or Pork Chops (Or baked), Greens, Rib tips, Dressing, and a few other options. On Saturday it's (13.99) from 11 a.m to 1 p.m. Sundays is (15.49) from 1 p.m until (usually until they run out on both days). The other days I may go are Tuesdays because a Box of Rib tips is $13.00 or Wednesdays special. 2 legs & Thighs and a side (7.99). Every day is BBQ. Some of the items can be a little pricey. No dining in.Parking: Lot is small and not in the best condition.

Where do I start, this establishment has gone down so far… let’s count the ways Supporting your own becomes a hassle 1. They don’t take anything but cash (inconvenience big time) 2 No call in orders you must come in (smh) 3. They are rude and really don’t have any customer service skills. I called in on the “thank you for calling Ashley’s we don’t take phone orders you gotta come in!” Ok just want to know before I waste my gas and time do you have the perch fish tonight? Yes we do! Ok I’m on the way. I come in place the order they take my money I sit down in this cold no heat vestibule, wait. 15-20 minutes. Ummmm whose number is 7 comes from the woman, I reply me, we gotta refund you we don’t have no perch sorry bout that!!!! I’m so angry I wasted at least an hour for nothing this is why all these other places are booming with their businesses (Fryers, JJ’S, Sharks, Hooks) they wouldn’t had you waste your time and not even offer you something to keep you coming back. It’s dark, cold and dreary in there. This was the last time I’ll try them. This has happened too often

The pan of ribs I got was not done I had to put it in my oven for it to be done.. they are not the best, I will be goin back to Tony’s bbq on Villard. Rib always 100% done there..

Super big chunks of tips, shoulder looks like chunks of beef. Called yesterday to order was saying number was changed so I called of fb messenger to the page. Guy was very unprofessional and didn’t even offer to take order….super unsatisfied with quality and taste of food.
The place is dirty, they have kids taking orders and running around people’s food. Today I found hair in my shoulder dinner. I talked to the young lady at the counter, when she became rude I asked to speak to an older adult, she was also rude like it didn’t matter after I spent my hard earned money on food that should be appealing.

I wanted a half and half beef and shoulder dinner and the cashier said I had to pay an extra 10.00 for the dinner because it was beef. But the beef rib dinner was 15.99 for 3 bones. MAKE THIS MAKE
