Was for birthday party,wanted the Prime Rib was told mistake in kitchen was,so asked if would a New York Strip,so to move party along said yes as Strip was they already cooked,meal came Strip was one quarter fat and grizzle,not happy.Sincerly Thomas Maciejewski.
Stopped in for the first time tonight and based off this experience, the last time. Hostesses greeted everyone else except me and when I finally flagged someone down as they were greeting the person behind me, was told I could seat myself at a high top in the bar area. No one came by or even acknowledged I was there. So I left. What a shame. Never got to try anything on what looked like a fabulous menu.
I'm not one to complain about service, I get it. Our waiter did the best he could, I hope. Went with a party of 6, waited over an hour and a half for food. Saw many tables arrive and leave before any updates. Forced to pay 20% tip gratuity. It'll be a struggle to go back. Food was good though, once we got it. Also, the busboy killed it- he was turning over tables left and right, bringing us cheese and to go containers, making us laugh through our hunger.
