It was my first time at Bavette and everything was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail, food taste, service and outgoing, attentive staff are what stood out to me most. I had the chicken sandwich with fries and garlic aoli, WiscoPop Old Fashioned, Sangria, and pudding for dessert, and it was all delectable. I'll definitely be back!
Such a lovely restaurant. Beautiful, airy interior. Although the tables felt somewhat close to each other, the high ceilings still make it feel spacious. I also like that there's a little shopping area in the front.
The food was great, including some inventive dishes, and our server was knowledgable and accommodating. One of our friends had a nut allergy and she didn't make a big deal of it at all and ordered what she could, but since quite a few things...

The apple and beet salad was great, but our sandwiches were not good. The roast beef was cold, the cheese not melted, and the roasted cherry tomatoes were made into a sweet ketchup like sauce that did not work well with the horseradish sauce. Bread was stiff.
