Benji's is such a staple that my grandparents used to come here for corned beef. After a long hiatus, I came for breakfast with my parents, my wife, and my son. I used to remember it being great, and I remember how much my grandfather loved the corned beef and the hoppel poppel. Suffice to say, everything was just okay. Even my father remembered the food being better seasoned when he was younger. I think our server might have been a little annoyed with our, 2-year-old. He'd...

The service was great. One bite and it was an instant need to return. The food is absolutely delicious. Although seating is limited indoors the service and food compensated for it. There is outdoor seating. If you come early you most likely will get a seat come after noon well chances are you won't. I do recommend this restaurant to whom ever wants a good corn beef or Reuben sandwich. My friends and I will make another trip there.

The matzo ball soup is great and the only reason I keep coming back. Every other thing I've tried has been severely under seasoned. Meals also tend to be kind of pricey for what you get.
