If we are talking solely just judging the food here. Amazing. Customer service, The guys are borderline clueless every time I pick up my online order. They are either joking with me as if they don't see my order or they are just being plain rude. It's like this with every meal I order.

Always a great place to order delivery. Orders taken by courteous staff, helpful and professional. 5 stars for customer service and satisfaction. Order usually arrives quickly, due to the above and beyond efforts of their night driver in the SUV who is consistently courteous, efficient, and time conscious. Performs his duties in an exemplary manner.

Their food is so delicious that the taste is still lingering in my mouth. I can get enough of Big Sharks! The fried fish and chicken are always fresh, hot and perfectly cooked. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is great.
