The tasting menu experience was flavorful and fun. The servers paced the courses perfectly and gave helpful descriptions of both the meal items and wine pairings. Birch has an inviting vibe with amazing food, music, and service. I highly recommend the restaurant, especially the tasting menu. Make sure to try the Squash Goals cocktail.

Our entire meal was comped as most if it was inedible. We also had to wait 30 minutes to be seated for our resv. The service was mediocre at best.

The first gentleman who helped us went through the whole wine list with us, what his recommendations were, and really catered to what we were looking for. We ended up doing the tasting menu and you just can't go wrong. The spacing in between each dish was perfect and all the food was phenomenal. I will definitely be going back.

This is a very special place. Not aa huge proportion, but very ample and delicious. This place makes most of its items from hand and cooked in an open brick oven. From start to finish,, the items you eat, are all prepared with the utmost care and correctness..
