Food was amazing. We originally came in with the thought that we would do the tasting menu, but ended up ordering several dishes from each section to make our own tasting. Everything was delicious! Cocktails were unique, we enjoyed them. Service was attentive and warm. They helped to make our anniversary special. Must dine when you're in Milwaukee.

Truly one of the most memorable meals we've had! We were lucky enough to secure a Chef Counter seat to celebrate my birthday here. Our server, Ty was very attentive and kind. It's a dinner and a show. Seeing Chef Kyle and his team seamless move around in an open kitchen, creating magic with every dish.. truly mesmerizing! I can watch them all day. The food, my goodness...we had the tasting menu - every dish was perfectly executed!!! Loved Loved Loved everything! The smoked trout was one of our favorite course! The tomatoes were so fresh! Their a la carte menu looked amazing too! What an incredible meal to cap off our last night in Milwaukee! Will be thinking about this meal and experience for a long time! You bet we will be coming back here whenever we come back to Milwaukee! Thank You Birch Team!! Keep doing what you do!!

Absolutely amazing experience, and some of the best plates I have ever had. We were also celebrating a birthday, which we got a hand signed card from all the staff, free appetizer plate, and small dessert with candle. For food, highly recommend the yogurt tomatoes for small bites, and the braised pork stuffed pasta shells. I would come back to Milwaukee just to eat here again.

This was our third time here. We both ordered the tasting menu and were not disappointed. The food is delicious and intuitive. The service was on point. The music was a bit loud and made it difficult at times to carry a conversation. We've both eaten at Michelin Star restaurants and prefer the Birch for the experience and delicious/creative menu. We'll keep coming back.

First off, I am not an easy person to make dinner for; I have a long list of super serious allergies that usually don't allow me to go out for nice dinners. I emailed Jeff on the Birch - MKE team and he got back to me within the hour telling me that his team would be happy to accommodate my allergies - the main ones being diary, gluten, red meat and shellfish. Once I got there we were sat immediately and our server was there shortly after to provide water and take our drink orders. I let her know of my allergies and she noted them down, went back to the kitchen and worked with the chefs to see what could be done... come to find out that the chefs were able to come up with an alternative for pretty much every start AND meal on the menu! For the first time in my life I ordered 3 starters and my fiance and I both got our own main dish. The food was amazing and most importantly I did not eat anything I was allergic to. Zero cross contamination. A safe and delicious meal. The music was great, the ambiance was nice. Birch is a great spot for a nice dinner date or a place to celebrate. I highly recommend giving them a try

We attended the Trattoria Pop-Up with guest chef Adam Pawlak! The food was outstanding, each course was brought out at a timely manner after the last course. Our waiter, Arturo, was so kind, great sense of humor, very attentive. All of the men and woman who brought out each course were knowledgeable about what they were serving. We will definitely be back to experience Birch's regular menu!

Great from start to finish. Highly recommend doing the tasting menu to get to try a little bit of everything. Also highly recommend sitting at the chefs counter to see all the action. We enjoyed every course and couldn't pick a favorite. If you go for a birthday or celebration they will likely give you a few extra small bites to enjoy as well!

We ordered 4 dishes, 3 small plates and 1 entree. We received all food with 25 minutes and felt very rushed, the pace was awful. Secondly, one of the small plates had hair in it which we called out to our server. When we received our bill, the food that had the hair on it we were charged for. In all of my years and experiences at fine dining and every restaurant in between, we have never seen a server charge for something that had hair in it. Waitstaff should be retrained. This left a bad taste in our mouth figuratively and literally.
