I love my visits to the Hyatt Regency Hotel Downtown Milwaukee due to the amazing service of Koty the bartender. He makes the most amazing custom cocktails that provide a truly enjoyable experience. He ask the flavors you like in addition to preferred alcohol. And then creates a masterpiece. He always delivers and keeps my coming back on a weekly basis for more with as many friends as I can get to come with me! He is a true gem to the hotel, bar and overall superior service!

Nice that the hotel has coffee makers in the room but we are not a fan of the powder creamer . So we stopped in at the hostess station and asked for a small cup of milk, $4.50 I could have bought 2 gallons!! As my daddy used to say, if you have to ask, you don't belong. I felt badly because I watched a family with two small children heading in for breakfast.... again Lesson Learned...

This is a nice hotel. The location is great, but....options for eating are limited. One restaurant for a hotel full of people? I tried to get a bite to eat delivered up to the room after an event and the phone to room service rang and rang and rang. Given the scope of the event I attended and a Milwaukee Bucks game going on simultaneously, I would have thought they would have staffed up to be able to satisfy demand, but that wasn't the case.
